1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Recorando Tiling Institute, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Course Access and License

When you purchase a course, we grant a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your personal or organizational training. You may not redistribute or resell content.

4. Payments and Refunds

Prices are listed in USD. Online courses are refundable within 7 days if under 20% progress. Workshops are refundable up to 14 days prior to the start date. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

5. Acceptable Use

• No unauthorized copying, scraping, or distribution of content.
• No attempts to disrupt the platform or bypass security.
• Respect instructor and peer interactions; no harassment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by Recorando Tiling Institute or licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

7. Disclaimers

Courses are educational. We do not guarantee specific project outcomes. Always follow local codes and manufacturer instructions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may terminate by discontinuing use and, where applicable, requesting account deletion.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
